Malama Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages mishandling by USPS carrier. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Customer will receive tracking information via email. Packages are ship out between 24 and 48 hours and it can take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
